The theme for this year's contest is Keeping the Past Present. Entries showing people, landscapes and architecture with a unique perspective on the theme are encouraged. All entries must have been taken in North Carolina between June 2007 and May 2008. Judging will take place by June 9 and winning entries be on display in the capitol.
